Lodging: Accommodations will be at Leeward Farm. Due to the number of attendees there may be as many as 3 people sharing a room, towels will be provided. Rooms will be assigned based on same sex identification. If you have concerns about lodging, please contact us to receive referrals to a local hotel (self-pay).
Meals: We are thrilled to welcome back our 2023/2024 chefs, Food by FARE. All meals will be provided in our outdoor food tent. Please advise in your registration form if you have special dietary restrictions or allergies or other special accommodations.
Health & Wellness: All meetings are held indoors; masking will be optional. There will be a limited number of Covid-19 self-tests available. If you don't feel well, please do not travel.
Packing: Late September & early October can bring cool mornings and evenings, and a chance of rain. A light jacket, hiking boots and a headlamp for walking in the dark back to your room are ideal. Our meeting space is often cool, casual attire with layers recommended. We recommend wearing sturdy socks as shoes are prohibited indoors on carpet or hardwood floors. Shoes are allowed in the Science Meeting areas. We will have a campfire on Tuesday evening; your acoustic instruments are welcome! Trails will be available for walking and running.
